Metalic successfully carried out the fabrication and erection of a molasses storage tank measuring 34 meters in diameter and 13 meters in height, with a holding capacity of 15,000 metric tons, at ICPL Sugar Plant, Alagawadi, Belgaum, Karnataka. The project involved precise engineering, high-quality material selection, and seamless installation to ensure structural integrity and long-term operational reliability. This large-capacity tank enhances the plant’s storage efficiency and supports continuous sugar production operations.
Designed and installed a 14m diameter × 32m high spray dryer chamber along with a 300 MT capacity boiler-dryer unit at Samson Distillery, Davanagere, Karnataka. The system efficiently processes spentwash, improving operational efficiency and minimizing environmental impact.
