Metalic successfully executed the engineering, fabrication, and installation of a Spray Dryer Chamber measuring 14 meters in diameter and 32 meters in height at Samson Distillery, Davanagere, Karnataka. The project included a boiler-dryer unit with a capacity of 300 metric tons of spentwash, designed to efficiently process the distillery’s waste into a stable, manageable form while minimizing environmental impact. Our team ensured precise integration with the client’s existing operations, implementing high-quality materials and advanced engineering techniques to deliver a robust, long-lasting system.
